Rodriguez Casita
Rodriguez Casita is a freestanding studio available for monthly and longer rental. It's located on the same property as Casa De Colores, but has a separate yard and entrance and individual parking. These units are tucked away in a quiet historic east side neighborhood of Santa Fe, New Mexico. From the casita, it's a short stroll down Palace Avenue to the Plaza or over Delgado Street to the art galleries of Canyon Road. This casita is an escape for a couple looking to spend more time in Santa Fe. The casita is completely furnished with small kitchen, with washer and dryer in unit. Utilities and internet are included. Longer stays are possible.

Parking
There is a dedicated parking spot for the casita in the lane next to the main house. You may be asked to park there instead of directly in front of the casita, depending on occupancy.
Summer - Cooling
The casita has cooling and heating with a high capacity mini-split system. There is also a gas fire stove for heating in the winter.
Winter - 4WD
Winter is fun and, outside of Christmas, a less crowded time to visit Santa Fe. We highly recommend renting a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle if there is snow in the forecast, or there has been recent snow. The last couple hundred yards to the house are on a hill, which can be difficult to get up in winter time. There is parking at the bottom of the hill that guests have used.
Mid Stay Cleans
For stays longer than 2 weeks, there are mid-stay cleans that are scheduled approximately every 2 weeks. The cost for the cleans are negotiated at the time of booking the casa.
